Indian Air Force Group C Civilian Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years.
  • Maximum Age: 25 Years.
  • Age Relaxation applicable as per Rules.

Indian Air Force Group C Civilian Eligibility

Supdt (Store)

  • Graduate of a recognized University or equivalent.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

  • 12th Class pass from a recognized Board.
  • A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on the computer (35 wpm and 30 wmp correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

CMTD (OG)

  • Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university; Must be holding a valid Civil Driving License for Light and heavy vehicles.
  • Must possess professional skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanism.
  • Minimum two years experience in driving motor vehicles.

Cook (Ordinary Grade)

  • Matriculation from a recognized board with a certificate or diploma in catering and 1 Year of experience in the trade.

Fireman

  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
  • Must have undergone training in Fire Fighting under a state Fire service.
  • Height : 165 cms, Chest : 81.5-85 cms and Weight : 50 Kg.
  • Endurance Test : Carrying a man 63.5 Kg lift up to a distance of 183 meters in 96 Sec. and 2.7 meters wide ditch by landing on both Feet and Climbing 3 meters.

Carpenter (Skilled)

  • 10th pass from a recognized Board or Institute.
  • ITI Certificate in the trade of Carpenter from a recognized institute OR
  • Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

  • Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

Indian Air Force Group C Civilian Selection Process
  • All applications will be scrutinized in terms of age limits, minimum qualifications, documents, and certificates. Thereafter, eligible candidates will be issued call letters for written tests.
  • The eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written test. The written test will be based on minimum education qualifications.
  • The question cum answer paper will be in English and Hindi.
  • Further 100% weightage will be given for the written test.
  • The Practical / Physical / Skill Test will be of qualifying nature only and marks awarded therein will not be added in total marks while preparing the merit list.
  • Shortlisted candidates are to bring original certificates, copies of the annexure attached with the application.

Indian Air Force Group C Civilian Offline Apply Process

  • Eligible candidates can apply to any of the above Air Force stations of their choice subject to the vacancies and qualifications.
  • Application as per format given under (typed in English / Hindi), duly supported with the following documents is to reach the concerned Air Force Station through ordinary post.
  • Application sent through Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier will not be accepted.
  • All documents in support of Education Qualification, Age, Technical Qualification, Physically Handicapped, and Experience Certificate & Caste Certificate, etc to be accompanied with the application should be self-attested.
  • Application form duly typed in English /Hindi with recent photograph (passport size) duly self-attested.
  • Two passport-size photographs (same as fixed on the application form).
  • Any other supporting document (self-attested), Self-addressed envelope with stamp (s) Rs. 10/- pasted.
